Ashley Sponsler

Ashley Sponsler currently serves as the Taproom Manager at Brightside Aleworks, where responsibilities include collaboration with ownership and staff to improve front-of-house efficiency and event planning. Sponsler holds ongoing positions as a Special Education Associate with Ankeny Community School District, having previously engaged children with behavioral needs in grades K-5 during two separate tenures. Experience also includes roles as Assistant Manager at Firetrucker Brewery, Beertender at Uptown Garage Brewery, Finance Manager at RVOne Superstores, Inc., and various positions at Wells Fargo, culminating in a Team Lead role in Equipment Finance Transaction Coordination. Sponsler possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Kaplan University and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Programming from AIB College of Business.
