Greg Britt

Greg Britt has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Greg started their career as a Senior Merchandise Manager and Personnel Manager at jcpenney where they played a key role in new store openings and maintained staffing levels. Greg then worked at Corporate Staffing Consultants, Inc. as a Corporate Operations/Personnel Manager, where they expanded the company and administered policies and benefits for over 2500 employees. Later, they joined Ann's House of Nuts, Inc. as a Human Resources Director, where they completed a plant start-up, developed policies and procedures, and trained new employees. Greg then moved to Overton's as a Human Resources Manager, where they oversaw employee maintenance, policy implementation, and benefits administration. Greg later returned to Ann's House of Nuts, Inc. as a Human Resources Director, where they managed personnel and a HR team. Throughout their career, Greg has focused on recruitment, budgeting, compliance, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Greg Britt attended Lumberton Senior High School from 1975 to 1978, where they obtained a diploma with a focus on college preparation. Following this, they went on to pursue higher education at Wingate University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from 1978 to 1982. Greg also holds a certification as a Certified Staffing and Personnel Specialist, which they received in May 1995 from the National Association of Personnel.
