Melissa Self

Melissa Self is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Antech Systems, Inc. since September 2014, Melissa has held various roles within the company, including Personnel Manager and Operations Manager. Prior to this, Melissa was the Quality Director at Vitex Packaging Group from August 2005 to September 2014 and worked at Harris Connect from 1995 to 2005 as the Manager of Manufacturing & Design. Melissa began their career as a Sales Consultant at Freedom Automotive. Educationally, Melissa holds a BA in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Old Dominion University and an MBA in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
