Saravanan Kailasam

Saravanan Kailasam has over 22 years of work experience. Saravanan is currently the Director of Engineering at Anthology Inc, where they manage a team of 30+ individuals and focuses on driving the product vision and customer obsession. Prior to that, Saravanan was the Chief Platform Architect, Co-founder, and Director of Engineering at AppPoint Software Solutions Private Limited, Bangalore, from 2005 to 2021. Saravanan also worked at IBM as a Staff Software Engineer, where they were involved in the Rational Functional Tester (RFT) team and developed siebel add-on support for functional testing. Before IBM, Saravanan worked at Rational Software Corporation as a Software Engineer, where they developed modules for Rational ClearQuest and other Rational product teams, including a module to support testing of .NET controls using Rational Robot.

Saravanan Kailasam obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in coaching and developing employees, managing employee performance problems, developing executive presence, cultivating cultural competence and inclusion, cultivating a growth mindset, and leading at a distance from LinkedIn in the year 2023.
