Paola Lombardi is the Founder and Director of BeCoach®, a coaching and consulting school established in June 1993 that offers accredited programs by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Currently, Paola serves as an Executive and Team Coach for multiple organizations, including Antofagasta Minerals, Fluor Corporation, and Transelec S.A, among others. With extensive education in coaching, human resources, and organizational development, Paola holds several advanced degrees and certifications, including a Master in Team & Business Coaching and various certifications in coaching methodologies and mindfulness facilitation. Paola Lombardi is dedicated to promoting excellence through coaching and educational projects, particularly in northern Chile.
