Erika Thorslund

Erika Thorslund has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Erika currently works as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Ants Tech Recruiters, specializing in technical industries. In this role, they are responsible for matching skilled professionals with companies in need of their expertise. Erika is also involved in internal projects, such as recruitment processes, interview techniques, copywriting, mentoring, and events.

Prior to their current position, Erika held various talent acquisition roles at companies such as SPP, Hedin IT, Humana AB, and Storebrand. In these assignments, they focused on attracting and selecting top talent for the organizations.

Erika also gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Edge of Talent, where they worked on sourcing and networking to stay updated on market trends and competencies.

Additionally, Erika has served as a Servitris at Stockholm Meeting Selection AB and has worked on talent acquisition assignments at Bitio Development & Consulting AB and Improove, specializing in IT and e-commerce industries respectively.

Erika Thorslund attended Blackebergs gymnasium from 2010 to 2013, where they focused on studies in the field of Ekonomi (Economics). Later, from 2017 to 2020, they pursued a Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) at Stockholm University, specializing in Personal, arbete och organisation (Personnel, Work, and Organization).
