Maja Tan

Maja Tan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Maja most recently worked at Ants Tech Recruiters as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to that, they held the position of Talent Acquisition Consultant at the same company. Maja also worked as a Talent Acquisition professional at Svea Solar, where they contributed to the mission of achieving zero emissions through green tech solutions. Maja had a similar role at Humla, a greenfield startup within Axel Johnson Group. Additionally, Maja worked as a Talent Acquisition professional at Prevas AB and Fyndiq. Before entering the recruitment field, they were self-employed as a Coach & Personal Trainer, assisting clients in achieving their health and fitness goals. Their earlier experiences include working as a Recruitment Assistant at PerformIQ - Personal med idrottens egenskaper and as an HR Generalist and HR Administrator at Falck. Maja began their career as a Consultant Manager Assistant at Academic Work.

Maja Tan completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Human Resources at Stockholm University from 2009 to 2011. Later, in 2015, they pursued their Master of Science (MSc.) in Work & Health at Karolinska Institutet.
