As Content Manager, your role will be pivotal in positioning ANYbotics as a thought leader in AI-driven robotics by producing high-quality content, writing compelling copy, and enhancing materials with impactful visuals and videos.
Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing Communications and collaborating closely with the Sr. Campaign Manager, leadership and crossfunctional teams, you will take full responsibility of content creation and social media initiatives, driving strategy and execution across formats—blogs, white papers, news articles, Social media , and more. You’ll craft engaging messaging and impactful copy that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation, helping to further expand ANYbotics’ reach in global markets like EMEA and US.

The Market & Our Technology
ANYbotics transforms the industrial sector by introducing robotics to a wide range of novel applications that so far were beyond reach (see our case studies in Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Railways, Wind Energy, Mining, Construction). Our end customers are large asset operators and service providers of industrial plants pioneering the use of robotics technology for inspection and maintenance. Our solution enables autonomous routine inspections and monitoring of large scale industrial facilities for increased safety and productivity. We develop numerous customized hardware systems, including the entire robotic platform, actuators, sensors, inspection payloads, charging systems, as well as all software to enable world-class mobility, autonomy and AI driven inspection insights. We have proven the technology and the business impact to our customers in long-term pilot projects and are scaling-up sales of our commercial solution.
Your Contributions
- Take full ownership of content strategy and creation across offline and online formats, including blogs, PR articles, white papers, LinkedIn posts, and YouTube educational videos, to deliver high-quality materials that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation while meeting campaign objectives
- Craft compelling and impactful messaging that simplifies complex technical topics to firmly position ANYbotics as a thought leader in AI-driven robotics across key markets
- Lead global and local social media strategies and execution, particularly on LinkedIn and YouTube, by managing a posting calendar that drives measurable growth in audience size, engagement, organic traffic, and leads
- Apply advanced SEO techniques to optimize content visibility, improve search rankings, and achieve significant growth in organic traffic performance
- Contribute to PR efforts by developing press materials, building media relations and securing media coverage to strengthen ANYbotics’ market presence
- Stay at the pulse of audience needs and market trends to craft story-driven content that resonates with different target audiences and reinforces ANYbotics’ thought leadership
- Manage multiple projects effectively to ensure all content is delivered on time, aligned with campaign and business goals, and consistently achieves impact
- Collaborate closely with leadership, the Sr. Campaign Manager, and cross-functional teams to align content initiatives with broader marketing strategies
Your Profile
- You bring in vast expertise in developing content strategies and creating impactful content for innovative high-tech tech products and B2B industries in different markets (at least EMEA and/or US), with a proven ability to align content themes and formats with campaign objectives.
- You excel at crafting compelling narratives that simplify complex technical concepts into engaging content for diverse audiences
- You are a social media expert in managing and growing organic platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube, delivering measurable growth in engagement, audience size, and visibility.
- You have a strong background in applying data analytics and SEO best practices to optimize content performance, improve search rankings, and increase organic traffic.
- You have native or fluency in English , with proficiency in a second language, particularly German, to help localize content for key markets
- You are experienced in creating simple yet effective visuals and videos using innovative tools
- You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments (scale-ups, media outlets) adapting quickly to new opportunities and delivering high-quality results under evolving priorities.
