As our new Senior Campaign Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in an ambitious Marketing Communications team, creating campaigns that don’t just market our inspection robotics platform ANYmal,  but redefine how industries view AI-driven robotics and industrial inspection. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing Communications and working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll take full ownership of all global and local marketing campaigns, driving results across the entire funnel—from brand awareness to lead generation and revenue growth. You’ll develop and execute innovative, data-driven strategies and narratives that stand out from the competition, managing both online and offline initiatives across paid and organic channels, and delivering impactful results in key regions such as the US and Europe.

The Market & Our Technology

ANYbotics transforms the industrial sector by introducing robotics to a wide range of novel applications that so far were beyond reach (see our case studies in Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Railways, Wind Energy, Mining, Construction). Our end customers are large asset operators and service providers of industrial plants pioneering the use of robotics technology for inspection and maintenance. Our solution enables autonomous routine inspections and monitoring of large scale industrial facilities for increased safety and productivity. We develop numerous customized hardware systems, including the entire robotic platform, actuators, sensors, inspection payloads, charging systems, as well as all software to enable world-class mobility, autonomy and AI driven inspection insights. We have proven the technology and the business impact to our customers in long-term pilot projects and are scaling-up sales of our commercial solution.

Your Contributions

  • Lead and drive global and local campaigns by creating and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital (paid/organic) and offline channels, impacting the entire marketing funnel from brand awareness to lead generation and conversion in key markets like the US and Europe
  • Execute and scale campaigns by actively managing high-priority activities, such as webinars and educational content, to engage audiences and support business growth
  • Turn complex technical topics like AI-driven robotics into compelling narratives and copies that resonate with target audiences
  • Use data-driven optimization to leverage real-time data and analytics, continuously enhancing online and offline campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness
  • Innovate and differentiate by introducing creative, data-driven tactics that set ANYbotics apart from competitors and establish the company as a leader in AI-driven robotics
  • Enhance the marketing tech stack by implementing and refining tools to increase campaign efficiency and effectiveness

Your Profile

  • You bring extensive experience marketing high-tech, disruptive B2B solutions, expertly crafting and executing impactful campaigns across the full marketing mix—digital and offline, organic and paid
  • You thrive on using data and analytics to track KPIs and optimize campaigns, continuously enhancing performance for better results
  • With excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, you naturally transform complex topics into engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Your curiosity about customer needs, challenges, and market trends drives you to create marketing solutions that truly resonate and make an impact
  • Proficient in marketing automation, CRM systems, analytics, and generative AI tools, you know how to harness technology to amplify creativity, efficiency, and outcomes
  • You work collaboratively across functions, aligning marketing with Sales, Product, and Engineering to support strategic business objectives
  • Adaptable and resilient, you excel in fast-paced environments, remaining focused through challenges and quick to seize new opportunities

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as scaleups
  • Know-How and Experience in Robotics, AI, or industrial inspection and maintenance related solutions industries
  • Proficiency in a second language, particularly German or Arabic
  • University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing, Communications, engineering,, business or related field
  • Hands-On expertise in developing, setting up, and optimizing paid ads strategies for measurable performance
