Francesc Canalejo Codina

Francesc Canalejo Codina's work experience includes being an R&D Engineer at Aortyx since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Motor Vehicle Operator at Motos Payá SL from June 2016 to August 2016. Currently, they are a Simulation Engineer at CIMNE since June 2022, with their role ending in July 2022.

Francesc Canalejo Codina began their education in 2017 at IQS Barcelona, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technologies. Francesc completed this program in 2021. In the same year, they also studied Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree.

Francesc then decided to further their education and returned to IQS Barcelona in 2021 to pursue a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. Additionally, they pursued another Master of Science degree in Industrial Business Management at the same institution during the same time period, which will be completed in 2023.

Francesc has also obtained several certifications throughout their education. In 2017, Francesc received the Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) certification with a CEFR level C1 from Cambridge Assessment. In 2018, they attained the SolidWorks - CSWA certification from Dassault Systèmes. Furthermore, they obtained the Stock Market: Economy and Finances certification from Universitat Abat Oliba CEU in 2018.

In 2019, Francesc obtained the Forensic Science and Engineering certification from Universitat de Barcelona. Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, they completed a certification in High-Performance Graph Analytics from Politecnico di Milano in 2020. Francesc also acquired various data science-related certifications from IBM in 2021, including Data Analysis with Python, Data Science Methodology, Data Science Tools, Data Visualization with Python, Introduction to Data Science, and Python 101 for Data Science.

Francesc's commitment to continuous learning led him to obtain the Industrial Engineer certification from Enginyers Industrials de Catalunya in April 2023. Francesc plans to further their academic journey and complete a Doctor of Philosophy in Bioengineering at IQS Barcelona, which is anticipated to be finished in 2026.
