Sapna Rao

Sapna Rao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee engagement, entrepreneurship, and business development. Currently serving as an Employee Engagement Strategist at Workplace Revolution since February 2023, Sapna also operates as the Creator and Owner of Skin Therapy, an all-natural skincare line launched in January 2016, focused on sustainability and environmentally friendly products. From June 2005, Sapna has held various key roles at Aperian Global, including Facilitator for Cross-Culture training and Director of India Operations, leveraging expertise in sales, business development, and program management. Additionally, a brief consulting engagement at Wismaya Furniture and Accessories in 2019 refined company strategy and operational processes. In previous work with AnitaB.org from March 2018 to June 2019, Sapna successfully managed business development and sponsorship for the Grace Hopper Celebration events. Sapna holds an MBA in Marketing from Mount Carmel College, completed from 1994 to 1996.
