Brad Kelly

Brad Kelly has held various positions throughout their career. Brad began their work experience in 2012 as a Platoon Leader in the U.S. Army, where they served until 2015. During this time, they also served as a Scout Platoon Leader. From 2015 to 2017, they served as Deputy Ranger Company Commander and Ranger Platoon Leader in the 75th Ranger Regiment, U.S. Army. In 2018, they worked as a Summer Associate at Bain & Company, and in 2019, they became a Consultant at the same company. In 2020, they joined Analog Devices as the Chief Of Staff to CPO & General Counsel until 2021. Brad then moved on to become North Florida Market President at Apex Service Partners and currently serves as the President of Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric.

Brad Kelly attended the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2012, where they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management with Honors. Later, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Harvard Business School.
