John Barnes, CPM, ACE, MBA is the Vice President of Pharmaceutical Contracting at Apexus LLC, where John negotiates sub-340B pharmaceutical contracts for the federal government program. John has a background in contract management and is a subject matter expert in the 340B marketplace. Prior to their current role, John worked as a Value Analysis Coordinator at Parkland Hospital and held multiple positions at Parkland Health & Hospital System, including Pharmacy Sr. Buyer. John holds an MBA from Northwood University and an Apexus Advanced Certificate Program (340B ACE).
