Robert Walters, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Robert has served as the Director of Operations at Apogee Solutions, Inc, where they were responsible for managing large, complex programs under multi-million dollar contracts. Additionally, they served as the Facility Security Officer for the company.
Walters also worked at the US Joint Forces Command (J9) as a Joint Experimentation Event Planner, where they led event planning and coordination for various projects. Robert was the Task Lead and Subject Matter Expert for the Joint Force Commander Command and Control Project Team.
Prior to that, they worked at the US Joint Forces Command (J5) as a Strategic & Interagency Engagement Analyst, where they developed and executed the Interagency Engagement Plan and coordinated with various stakeholders on interagency strategy and policy.
Walters also has experience as a Defense Analyst at the US Joint Forces Command (J9), where they developed joint experimentation scenarios in support of DoD transformation initiatives.
Earlier in their career, Walters served in the US Coast Guard, holding various roles such as Chief of the National Search and Rescue School, Group Commander, Military Aide to the President, and Commanding Officer.
Robert also worked in the US Coast Guard's Office of Health Services, where they served as the Chief of the Facilities Management Branch and the Career Management Branch.

Robert Walters, PMP obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Thomas Edison State University. Robert also holds a certification as a Project Management Professional, which they obtained from the Project Management Institute in December 2011.
