Raila Nurmi

Raila Nurmi is an experienced professional currently serving as a Product Owner at Oy Apotti Ab, specializing in data migrations from legacy systems to the epic system since April 2018. Prior to this role, Raila worked in child welfare counseling at Espoon kaupunki - City of Espoo from January 2016 to April 2019. Raila's career began at Oy Radiolinja Ab as an Application Specialist from 1994 to 2004, followed by a similar role at Elisa Oyj until April 2006. Raila has also served as an IT Specialist at IBM Global Business Services between May 2006 and June 2013, focusing on change management and outsourcing projects. Raila has a strong academic background, holding two Bachelor’s Degrees in System Design and Programming and Social Services from Laurea University of Applied Sciences, along with ongoing Master’s studies in Social Work with a focus on service design in social and healthcare at LAB University of Applied Sciences.
