Lauren Clark

Lauren Clark is an Employee Wellness Specialist at Appalachian Regional Healthcare System since January 2019, focusing on promoting health within the organization. Concurrently, Lauren serves as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Appalachian State University, involved in a funded research project in collaboration with Winston Salem State University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy School. Prior experience includes roles as a Food Services Employee at Appalachian State University, contributing to various food service tasks, and as a Hostess Server at On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina from August 2013 to August 2016. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Appalachian State University, earned in 2019.
