Sishir Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management and digital media strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Appier since August 2018, Sishir leads global programs for Customer Success Manager induction, mentorship, and training, successfully mentoring 16 CSMs worldwide. Previously, Sishir worked at GroupM as an Account Manager for Xaxis, where over USD 10 million in annual revenue was generated by developing programmatic and digital impact advertising strategies for more than 30 clients. Sishir's earlier tenure included roles such as Platform Manager at AudienceScience, managing significant programmatic investments for Procter & Gamble, and gained practical skills in freight movement and Cisco configuration through positions at Searce Inc and HCL Infosystems Ltd. Sishir holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology and a Diploma in Network Security from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
