Marlon then joined SAC Capital Advisors, LLC in 2006 as OTC Operations. In 2010, they worked at Credit Suisse as Collateral Management. In 2011, they became Head of Client Services at SURFACExchange. In 2014, they joined MarketAxess as API Product Manager and Customer Integration Engineer. Their most recent role is Head of Operations and Integrations at Appital, which they have held since 2021.

Marlon also obtained a Bachelor's Degree from North Carolina Central University in 2002, with a major in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration.
