James Hardaway

James Hardaway, M.Ed., currently serves as the Program Director for Technology Maturation and Integration at ARA, focusing on transitioning research into military technologies. Prior to this position, James was a graduate student at NC State College of Education, specializing in Teaching Analytics. James has also contributed to the NC State University Laboratory for Analytic Sciences as a Student Intern and supported over 50 student veterans as a Veterans Affairs Work Study. A veteran of the US Army with extensive leadership experience, James held several key roles, including Chief of Mission Command at the Army Futures Command, overseeing significant modernization efforts for Army information systems. James holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Education in Learning Design & Technology from North Carolina State University and a Master of Military Arts and Sciences from the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies.
