Kam Lui

Kam Lui is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Aqua Restaurant Group since May 2022, Kam previously held the position of Human Resources and Training Manager at The Charterhouse Causeway Bay from September 2017 to August 2021. Earlier career experience includes multiple roles at JEN by Shangri-La from September 2008 to September 2017, where responsibilities ranged from Service Manager - Human Resources to Human Resources Officer and Paymaster. Kam’s career began as a Human Resources Trainee at The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong in 2005. Kam holds a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Hospitality Administration/Management from Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School.
