Mark Radbourne has worked for a variety of organizations since 2002. Mark began their career as a Human Resources Specialist for Vodafone in 2002, followed by a role as a Human Resources Recruiting Consultant for REED in 2003. In 2005, they moved to AMT Training as a Training Manager (Client Relationship Manager). In 2008, they joined the Royal Air Force (RAF) as a Commissioned Officer. In 2013, they took on the role of Training Manager for the UK Government's Stabilisation Unit, where they were responsible for developing UK based and overseas deployed personnel. Most recently, in 2019, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer of Aquila Learning.
Mark Radbourne has an education history that spans from 1999 to 2015. In 1999, they began their studies at Nottingham Trent University, where they earned a BA (Hons) in Human Geography in 2002. In 2008, they attended The Royal Air Force College Cranwell for Initial Officer Training Course. In 2009, they attended THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT for Learning and Development. Finally, in 2015, they earned a CMI Diploma L7 in Leadership and Management from Chartered Management Institute.
