Luana Stämpfli

Luana accompanies all of Arbor Ventures’ transactions as their legal counsel. She ensures compliance with internal and international standards as well as with local legislation in cooperation with local law firms, which builds on and expands her international transaction experience.

Prior to joining Arbor Ventures Luana advised on several national and international equity and debt transactions for a renowned corporate law firm in Zurich. Her main areas of practice included corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, finance and intellectual property, giving her a deep understanding of the legal environment for corporations in Switzerland and the rest of Europe. Luana also worked for two asset management companies where she dealt with the legal aspects of fund regulation, registration and distribution.

Luana successfully passed the Swiss Bar exam. In addition, she has a strong economics background having graduated magna cum laude from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) with a Masters in Law and Economics.
