Rick Struzzieri

Rick Struzzieri has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Rick started their career at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, where they held various positions over 12+ years, culminating in the role of Regional Underwriting Manager and Director of Business Development for the Northeast. In 2002, they joined Hartan Brokerage Inc. as Vice President and Broker. In 2003, they moved to SterlingRisk, where they served as Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director. In 2013, they joined Foa & Son Corporation as Executive Vice President. Currently, they are the Managing Director at ARC Excess & Surplus, responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the Property & Casualty operation.

Rick Struzzieri earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services from Hofstra University, where they studied from 1987 to 1989. Prior to attending Hofstra, they obtained a similar degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Ithaca College, where they attended from 1985 to 1987.
