Kelly O'Brien

Kelly O'Brien has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kelly started their career as a Medical Scribe at Elite Medical Scribes in 2010, where they supported physicians and gained experience in patient care. Kelly then worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Miami in 2013, conducting literature searches and assisting with administrative duties.

In 2014, Kelly joined the Florida Keys Area Health Education Center (AHEC) as part of a Capstone Experience, where they assisted with emergency preparedness drills and promoted inter-sectoral relationships. Kelly also worked as a Business Analyst at Caremetrics in the same year, conducting market research and analyzing the impact of emerging trends in payment reform.

Kelly's most recent role was at Arcadia, where they held various positions starting in 2015. Kelly served as a Senior Implementation Manager, overseeing the implementation of data integrations and designing technical solutions for customers. Kelly then progressed to become a Director and eventually the Senior Director of Customer Success, where they managed client relationships and guided clients through implementation.

Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated a strong ability to analyze data, manage projects, and build relationships with clients.

Kelly O'Brien earned a Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from The Ohio State University, graduating between 2008 and 2011.
