Thuy Vo

Thuy Vo is chief counsel, Corporate, Securities and M&A, and assistant secretary for ADM. In this role, Vo oversees corporate and securities matters for the company and handles mergers and acquisitions for ADM worldwide.

Prior to joining ADM in 2013, Vo was a business law professor for seven years, practiced business law with an international law firm and as in-house counsel for 12 years, and served in business and finance leadership roles with a Fortune 300 company for six years.

Vo is an elected member of the American Law Institute, and she serves on the executive committee of the Northwestern Business and Securities Law Institute. Vo served on the legal advisory board of World Business Chicago, the chief legal officer speaking faculty of the Argyle Executive Forum, and the executive council of the Minnesota State Bar Association Business Law Section. Vo was a founding faculty director of the Center for Law and Business at William Mitchell College of Law. She was named as a Legal 500 Corporate Counsel 100 United States Rising Star.

Vo received her B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota and her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
