Rouchka Novack

Rouchka Novack has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rouchka started their career as a Human Resources Apprentice at AXA in 2008 and later worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Rouchka then joined AG2R LA MONDIALE as a Human Resources Business Partner before moving on to AXA Global Direct France in the same role. In 2016, they joined AXA Life Invest as a Human Resources Business Partner. Since 2017, Rouchka has been working at Architas, first as a Human Resources Business Partner and later as the Head of HR. Rouchka has been responsible for various HR functions, including employee relations management, recruitment, training, and the creation of an inclusive and diverse workplace. Rouchka has also led several important projects, such as the creation of entities in Asia and France and the sale of the IFA business of Architas in the UK.

Rouchka Novack obtained a Master's degree in Management de projet from EM Normandie Business School, from the years 2007 to 2010. Following this, they pursued further education at Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, where they completed a Master 2 (M2) in Droit du Travail from 2010 to 2011.

In addition to their academic achievements, Rouchka Novack obtained a certification as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, which was delivered by Nexum Group in February 2021.
