Giana O'Connor

Giana O'Connor is an experienced Office Manager and Project Coordinator at ArcLight Group since September 2021, having previously served as the Assistant Director of Marketing at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from August 2012 to May 2021. During the tenure at the university, Giana developed and executed comprehensive marketing strategies for several athletic programs, managed a student internship program, and facilitated significant sponsorship activations. Giana also held roles as a Marketing Coordinator and Event Management Student Ambassador within the same institution, contributing to attendance growth and positive game experiences. Additionally, Giana has experience as a Cheerleading Instructor at I Force Cheerleading and holds a Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Sport & Tourism with a concentration in Sports Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
