Taralkumar Maheshwary

Taralkumar Maheshwary has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. They currently serve as the Head of Human Resources at Deepak Group Co since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at RR Kabel Limited from September 2017 to October 2022. Taralkumar Maheshwary has also worked as a Senior Manager Human Resources at Schneider Electric from January 2016 to August 2017. Before that, they were the Manager Human Resources at Siemens Limited from November 2011 to December 2015. They have also held positions as Senior Executive Human Resources at Bombardier Transportation from March 2008 to November 2011, and at Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd from September 2005 to March 2008. Taralkumar Maheshwary began their career as a Senior Business Executive at First Flight Couriers Limited from September 2004 to September 2005. They started out as a Business Executive in the Financial Institutions sector from February 2003 to September 2004.

Taralkumar Maheshwary began their education at Vidyakunj, where they completed their 6th Standard. Taralkumar then attended Shreyas Vidyalaya from 1993 to 1999, where they received their HSC degree in Science. Later, they attended The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from 1999 to 2002, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Instrumentation & Control. Subsequently, from 2003 to 2004, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Sales and Advertising Management at the same university. In 2004-2005, they continued their studies at the university, obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. Following this, from 2005 to 2008, Taralkumar pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Lastly, in 2008-2009, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling, specializing in Guidance and Counselling, also at the same university.
