Role Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from various sources, including databases, systems, and reports, to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key performance metrics, operational KPIs, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by performing data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost optimization based on data-driven analysis and recommendations.
Monitor operational performance metrics and customer satisfaction metrics to identify deviations, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Utilize statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and predictive analytics to forecast future trends, anticipate business needs, and support decision-making processes.
Work closely with senior leadership and other teams to support strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What will you bring to the role?
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role, preferably in the IT professional services or Managed Services industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and visualize large datasets.
Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
Knowledge of data governance principles, data quality management, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex data insights to diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to drive operational improvements and business outcomes through data-driven insights.
