Karsten Schleicher

Karsten Schleicher has extensive experience in technical accounting and finance, currently serving as Group Technical Accounting Director at Ardagh Group since July 2016, with previous roles including Technical Accounting Director for the Metal Division and Director Technical Accounting for Metal Beverage. Prior to Ardagh Group, Karsten held the position of Director Technical Accounting at Ball Corporation and spent over a decade at Ball Packaging Europe in various roles including Director Finance and Director Accounting & Treasury. Early career experience includes managerial and analytical positions at Schmalbach-Lubeca AG and RXS Kabelgarnituren GmbH, as well as accounting roles at DORMA. Karsten holds a Tax Economist degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Academy for Administration and Economics (VWA) in Bochum.
