Allison Eng has a diverse work experience background. In 2016, they founded an online business called Stationery Store Co. at the age of 15, successfully generating over $1,000 in profits and achieving a 75% growth in orders within just three months. During this time, they gained valuable skills in business management, marketing strategy, customer communications, and negotiation. In 2020, Allison worked as a Private Equity Associate Intern at Ballard Lake Capital, where they conducted extensive research for deal sourcing, analyzing the financial health of potential target companies. Allison also collaborated with the managing director to create a valuation model for forecasting future growth margins, income, and cash flow. In 2021, they interned as a Corporate Finance Intern at GRUBBRR, gaining practical experience in the field. In 2022, they served as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at PJT Partners. Currently, Allison is an Investment Analyst at Ardian, starting in 2023.
Allison Eng completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University from 2019 to 2022. During their undergraduate studies, they also obtained a certification in "COVID-19 and the Changing Workplace" from the Cornell University ILR School in August 2020. In 2022, Allison participated in a study abroad program at DIS, where they focused on Business Administration and Management. Prior to their college education, they attended Stuyvesant High School from 2015 to 2019.
