Matt Armstrong

Matt Armstrong is a seasoned Customer Success professional with extensive experience in enhancing customer engagement and driving product adoption across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Ardoq since February 2022, Matt manages a multi-million dollar portfolio of over 20 accounts, conducting software demonstrations and identifying upsell opportunities. Previously at Duo Security, Matt ensured customer satisfaction through effective onboarding and renewal processes. Prior experience as an Implementation Consultant at Box involved leading projects for diverse clients, while earlier roles included consulting positions at PowerPlan, Inc. and internships at Continental. Matt holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and has also studied at the University of Canterbury.
