Ian Burford

Ian Burford is an experienced insurance professional with a career spanning several decades. Since July 2021, Ian has served as Active Underwriter and Director of Underwriting at Argenta Syndicate Management Limited. Prior to this role, Ian held various significant positions at Fidelis Insurance from August 2017 to June 2021, including CEO of Fidelis Underwriting Limited and Chairman of Specialised Risks. Ian briefly explored personal interests in mid-2017 after a tenure at Novae as an Active Underwriter from September 1998 to May 2017.
