Suntosh Naik

Suntosh Naik has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Suntosh currently holds the position of VP - Engineering and Delivery at Sentienz since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Delivery Manager at CrimsonLogic Pte Ltd from December 2019 to June 2021.

Before their role at CrimsonLogic, Suntosh worked at Mindtree as a Project Manager from December 2017 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for the execution and delivery of a Revenue Management System for a leading hospitality company. Suntosh received recognition as the Best Scrum Master twice during their time at Mindtree.

Suntosh also has experience as the Founder and CEO of locohire technologies pvt ltd, where they successfully established and built a software product development company. Suntosh spearheaded multiple product developments, including Automated Software for Hospital Administration, Laboratory Information and Management Application, Clinic Management System, and a marketplace for diagnostic centers.

Prior to their entrepreneurial venture, Suntosh worked as a J2EE Developer at Al Rostamani Global Solutions from February 2008 to March 2011. Suntosh played the role of a Techno Functional Consultant for the iFACTS project, closely working with business partners to define architectural strategies and develop functional designs.

Earlier in their career, Suntosh served as an Associate Consultant at Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd from October 2004 to January 2008. Suntosh led a team for a migration application project for a leading bank in Dubai, where they performed detailed analysis and developed comprehensive plans for project requirements.

Suntosh's career started as a Software Engineer at Intertec Communications Ltd from January 2004 to October 2004. Suntosh worked on renovating a legacy application management system from AS language to Java for the client LDV, UK.

Suntosh Naik obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Science from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore, from 1999 to 2003. Later, in 2018 and 2019, Suntosh attended the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore, where they completed a PG Diploma in Data Science. In addition to their formal education, Suntosh Naik also obtained multiple certifications in various areas such as IT Project Management, Digital Transformations, Leadership and Emotional Intelligence, Coaching for Performance, Influencing Skills for Leading Change, and Leading People to Performance. These certifications were obtained from institutions like Coursera, upGrad, and KNOLSKAPE. The most recent certification was obtained in March 2021.
