Josh Swanson

Joshua T. Swanson is an Operations Analyst at Argonaut Private Equity, focusing on operational value creation for portfolio companies since June 2022. Swanson has a strong athletic background, having been a Division 1 athlete on the Penn Wrestling Team, where a pursuit of All-American status reflected exceptional performance under pressure and effective time management. In addition to athletics, Swanson was a Facilitator in the Penn Athletics Wharton Leadership Academy, where leadership skills were honed through a prestigious training initiative. Previous internships include roles with Amber Integrated, the Pennsylvania Regional Wrestling Training Center, O3 World, and a long tenure as a Ranch Hand at Swanson Ranch, LLC. Joshua T. Swanson earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School in 2022.
