Lauren Munari has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lauren began their career in 2007 as a Sales Consultant at Georg Jensen. In 2009, they joined Village Entertainment where they held seven different roles, including Senior Functions Consultant, Functions Consultant, Sales & Service Coach (Learning & Development, Customer Service), Assistant Site Manager, Gold Class Service & Events Assistant, Manager, and Gold Class Service Provider. In 2011, they volunteered at the Melbourne International Film Festival and Melbourne Spring Fashion Week. In 2012, they took on the role of Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival at MiNC Events. In 2021, they began working as an Account Coordinator at Joyn (Formerly Delegate Connect) and as a Sales and Events Executive at Peter Rowland.

Lauren Munari began their educational journey in 2002 when they completed their VCE Year 12 at Genazzano FCJ College. In 2010, they earned a Bachelor of Business (Entertainment) from JMC Academy, with a focus on Events. In 2014, they obtained a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from Selmar.
