Michael Wilhelm

Michael Wilhelm is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment and labor law. Currently serving as Senior Employment Counsel at Arista Networks since March 2023, Michael previously held the position of Corporate Counsel on the Workplace Investigations Team at Microsoft from October 2019 to March 2023. Prior to that, Michael worked as an Employment & Labor Attorney at Cargill from September 2016 to October 2019 and at Briggs and Morgan, P.A. (now Taft Law) from September 2007 to September 2016. Michael earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2007 and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Augsburg University in 2004.
