Alecia Henderson

Alecia Henderson is a skilled educational professional with extensive experience in computer science and educational technology. Currently serving as a Computer Science and Educational Technology Specialist at the Arizona Department of Education since April 2022, Alecia previously worked in the Laveen Elementary School District from July 2012 to April 2022 as both an Instructional Coach and Technology Teacher. Additionally, Alecia contributed to higher education as an Adjunct Professor at Northern Arizona University from January 2020 to April 2022. Academically, Alecia holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University (2016-2017) and two Bachelor's degrees in Elementary Education from Western Michigan University (2007-2012).
