Ricky Indrawan

Ricky Indrawan is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources, operations, and multimedia production. Since December 2018, Ricky has held multiple roles at Arkademi, Indonesia’s leading certified online course app, including Interim Human Resources Manager and Head of Operations, with a key focus on upskilling the Indonesian workforce through online career credential programs. Additionally, Ricky has experience as a Product Manager, Operations Manager, and Content Manager, leading initiatives to develop learning content and multimedia resources. Ricky also serves as a teacher at Edusia since June 2019 and has a background as a freelance video editor, having worked in various capacities from 2012 to 2019. Ricky holds a Bachelor's degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects, and Cinematography from Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana, completed in 2018.
