Jamie Allan

Jamie Allan has 30 years of work experience, starting as a Campsite Courier at Keycamp Holidays in 1990. They then worked as a Surveyor at Rentokil Initial from 1995 to 1998. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Consultant at Austin Benn. They later became the National Sales Manager at Prime Time Recruitment from 2000 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a Commercial Director at Capital Strategy Associates. Jamie Allan then worked as an Operations Director at Forward Role Recruitment from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, they held roles as an Operations Manager at Ginger Recruitment Services Ltd and a Cost Initiative Compliance Manager at Yodel Delivery Network Ltd. Currently, Jamie Allan is working at Armstrong Craven as a Talent Acquisition Manager since April 2018, and they have recently become the Head of HR starting from January 2021.

Jamie Allan attended Whitgift School in South Croydon from 1984 to 1989. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Politics from Lancaster University, which was completed from 1990 to 1993.
