Jill Osinoff

Jill Osinoff has extensive experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Jill is currently the Director of Recruiting at Aroma360, a leading scent marketing company. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Client Experience Lead at DotConnect, where they managed a staffing augmentation project. Jill also served as the Director of Recruiting at Point Pickup, an enterprise-class delivery solutions company. Before that, Jill was the Business Owner of Inexus Group LLC, where they handled full life cycle recruiting and grew the business from scratch. Jill has also worked as a Contract Recruiter at Worth Collection, Ltd., a Talent Manager at TEEMA Solutions Group Inc, and a Staffing Consultant at Performance Resources, Inc. In their early career, Jill gained experience as a Technology Recruitment Professional at Garrison Associates and a Technical Recruiter at Howard Michaels Associates.

Jill Osinoff completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from the University at Albany, SUNY between 1990 and 1994. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. Jill received the "Project Management Fundamentals" certification from IBM in January 2023. In January 2018, they obtained certifications in "Email Marketing" and "Inbound Certified" from HubSpot Academy. Prior to that, in May 2017, they completed the "Creating a Marketing Growth System" certification from LinkedIn.
