Etai Kedem

Etai Kedem has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Etai started their career in the Israeli Air Force as a Mechanical Designer and Team Leader from May 2005 to May 2008. Following this, they worked as a Construction Supervisor at Adler & Associates Construction from July 2009 to December 2010. In January 2011, they joined Cool Innovations Inc as a Production Manager until May 2014.

In 2014, Kedem joined Array Marketing as a Graphics Department Manager from June 2014 to February 2016. Etai then took on the role of Product Development and Graphics Manager from February 2016 to March 2018, where they were responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling activities in the Product Development and Graphics Departments. Etai also focused on leadership, team collaboration, developing new technology strategies, and creating a LEAN and safe workplace. From March 2018 to December 2019, they served as the Operations Manager at Array Marketing.

After Array Marketing, Kedem joined Multy Home as a Plant Manager in December 2019, where they worked until July 2021. In July 2021, they became the Vice President of Operations at Omnify - Home of LumiSheet™, a position they held until February 2023.

Currently, Kedem is working at Array Marketing as the General Manager of Manufacturing, a role they started in March 2023.

Etai Kedem attended Ort Rehovot from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained two additional certifications: Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn in February 2023 and Operational Excellence Foundations from LinkedIn in January 2023.
