Dennis Nguyen

Dennis Nguyen has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. In 2005, they started their career as a Sales Associate at Radio Shack. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at Evergreen Dentists as a Claims Analyst and Information Technology Officer, where they tracked payments, ensured patient privacy, and implemented new office procedures. From 2009 to 2019, Dennis served as an Information Technology Administrator at AVP Technology, LLC, acting as the main contact for IT-related issues and projects. In 2013, they became the owner of Nightingale Consulting, focusing on helping small business owners use the power of IT. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as an IT Infrastructure Consultant at KalioTek, managing infrastructure and driving new projects for small to medium-sized businesses. Currently, Dennis holds the position of Senior Information Technology Specialist at ArsenalBio starting in 2022.

Dennis Nguyen obtained a Master's Degree in Information Technology Management from Golden Gate University. Dennis attended Golden Gate University from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at San Jose State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.

Dennis Nguyen has also acquired several certifications throughout their education and career. In 2019, they obtained a CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA. In 2022, they earned the following certifications: Jamf Certified Associate Exam - English from Jamf, Okta Certified Professional from Okta, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert from Microsoft, and Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, also from Microsoft.
