Andrii Nedozhdii is an experienced professional in customer service and technology, currently serving as a Customer Service Manager at ASBIS since October 2020. Previously, Andrii worked at Nokia from April 2006 to September 2020, where roles included Care Service Business Manager with responsibility for managing the Care business relationship with Vodafone Ukraine, and Care Program Manager overseeing end-to-end Care support for the same client. Andrii also held the position of Line Manager, leading a team of engineers and handling various people management tasks. Prior to Nokia, Andrii was employed at KOTS PrJSC from March 1998 to April 2006 as an IT team leader and system engineer. Andrii holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Information Systems from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute', completed in 1998.
