Erica Viar

Erica Viar has a diverse work experience starting in 2010. Erica began as a Parliamentary Intern for Andy Slaughter, Member of Parliament, from January 2010 to April 2010. Erica then joined Cummins Inc. in 2011 as an Emissions Compliance Intern from May 2011 to August 2013. Erica later worked at Cummins, Inc. again, this time as an Emissions Compliance Analyst from August 2014 to September 2015. Following this, they became an Environmental Sustainability Senior Analyst at Cummins, Inc. from September 2015 to August 2017. Erica then transitioned to Ascend Indiana, where they held various roles in consulting. Erica started as a Manager of Consulting from August 2017 to January 2019, then became a Director of Consulting from January 2019 to June 2022. Currently, Erica serves as the Senior Director of Consulting at Ascend Indiana from July 2022.

Erica Viar received their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Business and Environmental from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where they attended from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2007 to 2011, studying Business Economics and Public Policy, with a minor in Political Science. Erica Viar also holds a certification as an Indiana Bar Certified, obtained from the State Bar of Indiana.
