Mindy Armstrong

Mindy Armstrong currently serves as the VP of Menu Innovation at Ascent Hospitality Management and is an Advisory Board Member for Women in Restaurant Leadership (WiRL). Previously, Mindy held various key roles at Buffalo Wild Wings, including Sr. Director of Brand Innovation and Director of Menu Strategy & Product Innovation from October 2018 to August 2023. Mindy also operated as a content writer, facilitator, speaker, and independent contractor at Mindy Armstrong & Co between 2016 and 2020, and contributed to organizational growth as a Board Member at Spark Corps and a Collaborator Growth Strategist at Harvest Collaborative. Mindy served as Managing Director for Insights & Innovation at Food IQ from 2011 to 2016 and worked as Senior Account Executive at deep group before advancing their career. Mindy earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Missouri State University in December 2020, following a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the same institution between 1999 and 2003.
