Barry Shaw

Barry Shaw is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leading marketing and communications efforts across various organizations. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at Ascentra Credit Union since June 2019, Barry oversees all aspects of the marketing department and guides a team in executing comprehensive marketing campaigns. Previous roles include Marketing Team Lead at Ascentra and Senior Marketing Communications Coordinator at Stanley Consultants, where Barry utilized expertise in marketing strategy, content development, and public relations. Prior experience also includes managing marketing initiatives for American Safety Training, Inc., and gaining foundational skills through internships during college. Barry holds a degree in Communications, Public Relations, and Journalism from the University of Northern Iowa and an Associate's degree in Communications from Scott Community College.
