Louis Phan

Louis Phan has had a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Louis began their career in 2007 as an Associate at Lindahl Beck LLP, where they represented and advised law firms and attorneys in professional liability claims. During this time, Louis drafted various legal documents and conducted legal research.

In 2010, Louis transitioned into the role of a Contract Attorney at various San Francisco and Silicon Valley law firms. In this position, they reviewed and coded documents for privilege and discovery matters using multiple software platforms. Louis also performed quality control reviews and conducted privilege reviews, including redacting documents and creating privilege logs.

Louis joined Katana Software, Inc. in 2018 and held multiple roles within the company. Louis started as a Customer Service Hero, providing support to customers. Later, they became an Implementations Project Support Specialist, where they assisted in the implementation of projects. Currently, Louis holds the position of Project Coordinator at the company.

Louis Phan received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy & Psychology from UCLA from 1999 to 2003. Louis then went on to attend the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
