Rachael Lowell Ellison is an accomplished organizational development expert and leader with extensive experience in various sectors including higher education, technology, and consulting. Currently serving as the Founder and Managing Principal of REworking Leadership, Rachael focuses on leadership coaching, strategic planning, and organizational change management. As the People and Culture Lead at AskFora, Rachael leverages HR expertise to enhance organizational culture. In addition, Rachael contributes as a Member and Workplace Resilience Consultant for the Founder Mental Health Pledge, advocating for mental healthcare in the startup community.
