Crystal Kilgour

Crystal Kilgour has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Crystal currently serves as an Accounting Manager & HR Business Partner at Official ASM Global. Prior to this, they worked at NextEra Energy Resources as a Senior Business Strategy Leader from 2017 to 2021.

Kilgour also has experience working as a Corporate Finance/FP&A/Financial Analyst at Kilgour & Associates LLC, a consultancy firm specializing in audit, advisory, accounting, risk management, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and tax services. Crystal managed financial audits and presented findings to senior leadership at client companies during their tenure from 2016 to 2017.

Before that, Kilgour held the position of Senior FP&A Leader at Santander Private Banking International in 2015, where they managed the compilation and analysis of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

Crystal started their career as a Credit Risk Reporting Analyst at BankUnited from 2011 to 2014, where they extracted and configured large sets of raw data for reporting purposes and developed credit risk models.

Additionally, Kilgour worked as a Financial Reporting Accountant at Capital Bank from 2008 to 2010, where they analyzed income, tracked expenses, and revenue trends. Crystal also developed financial models for reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Crystal'searly career began as a Risk Consultant at Protiviti from 2006 to 2008, where they investigated financial fraud and recommended controls and policies.

Throughout their various roles, Kilgour has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, audit, and risk management.

Crystal Kilgour obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the Florida International University - College of Business in the years 2004 to 2006. Crystal then pursued higher education at Northeastern University, where they received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance in 2016. Following this, Crystal Kilgour furthered their studies at Northeastern University, completing a Masters of Science degree in Finance from 2014 to 2017.
